Servings: 4/ Prep Time: 15 min/ Cook Time: 40 min Ingredients 1 cup Almond flour 4 kiwi (puree) 1 teaspoonful lime juice 8 dates (paste) pinch of orange zest pinch of baking soda Directions Mix almond flour with ½ of the dates paste. Bake this mixture in a 9x9 pan at 350F for 15 min (this is base). In the mean time, make the kiwi puree and mix it with dates paste. Add lime juice, orange zest and baking soda to this puree. Mix well. Keep this aside. After the base is baked, take it out and let it cool for couple of minutes. Now pour the puree onto the base and put the pan back in the oven for baking at 350F for 25 min. Once it’s baked, take the mixture out of pan and mix the puree and the base evenly. Because of dates and kiwi puree, you can easily get the mixture together as a dough. Now you can press this cake dough into desirable shapes and enjoy them.
